Travel agency assistants
The travel agencies are our important backbone. It will be your job to acquire new agencies, train their staff in our reservation system and keep good relations to our existing partners in order to higher the performance of them all. You will travel with your company car through Bulgaria to visit our partners and acquire new partners.

You should be perfect in Bulgarian language, in speaking and writing, have experience in customer relations, very good social skills and already know the business as working for a tour operator or a travel agency.

At least basic skills in one of those foreign languages are required: French, English or German.

A valid driving license and at least 2 years driving experience are a must. 


white store agents
It will be you who is representing white air in front of our passengers. As one of the guerillas in the fight for the lowest air fares, you will work in one of our travel stores, make flight reservations and sell our merchandise articles.

Previous experience in sales is required.

Besides native Bulgarian language skills, you should be able to communicate in one of the major European languages.

Stores are based in: Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora.


Flight operations assistant
Our flights will be on time and we shall offer the best possible value for our passengers money.

It will be you who takes care of everything involved. Communicating with the airline, the airports, their operations department. You will also organize and control the catering and on board sales and ensure that our partners stick to our operational and conditional standards.

You should have experience in the operational department of an airline for at least two years and speak fluently Bulgarian and English. 


Customer relations agents 
white air is different from its competitors as white air always communicates directly with its passengers.

It is your responsibility to communicate our companies policies, take reservations by phone and reply carefully to email requests.
Skills in at least one foreign language are essential.
